METAINTERPHYSICS BASICS
The left and the right are separate and complement not only each other but a slew of other descriptions both spiritual and religious. It is very important to remember that your spirituality is NOT the same as your religion. You are going to have to leave the social things on a shelf. The things that stop us, the things that prevent us from being what we are capable of being as the human species are the things society teaches in conflicting natures. IE in some peoples religious beliefs, if you can see the future for example, it is the work of the devil (reference King David's visit to the witches) while in others it is the will of God (reference Joseph and Mary). Just so you know, The example I put out is two views from Christian friends (actually I thought that would be obvious but...). The conflict is present in so many more subtle ways that it is often difficult to recognize. I can't, I shouldn't, and I'm scared to name a few.
Can you fit a square peg in a round hole?
Can your washing machine pump out the dirty water?
The thing you will need to isolate is that part of you that can feel the earth breath. The part of you that knows nothing is impossible and that part of you has to be strengthened.
"The left and the right are separate". I am talking about your eyes.
The first exercise is to manipulate your focal point at will. That is easy, look at something close then look at something farther away. You did it, now do it using a point in area but there should not be anything in that dimensional space. You must learn to physically focus on the unseen. Imagine something there if you need but do not use an object. Second cover one eye and learn to do the same. cover the other eye and follow the same process. When this is accomplished you will have proven to yourself that the left and right are separate. The hard part is going to be to separate the two focal points with both eyes open, focus on two different points. The closer to you the easier it will be to determine that you have done it right. These points do not have to be different distances just separate. This process is very important because you are going to use it for at least two, more complex methods of discovery. Begin conditioning yourself for the reality that your focal length is not fixed on the outside world. It is in reality capable of being drawn all the way inside of you and physically reversing.
"What they all have in common must be close to the truth"

By Chad J Wilson
If a man should set your feet on a path and then vanish, Will you leave the path?
For my dad Joe Wilson; Dec 11, 1942 to August 4, 2004, who set me on this path.
.
I really should write a little forward here:
If
I were to state as fact the source of our life energy, (and my ideal source
fits every accounting of the beginning of life from creation to
evolution without disrupting the teachings). The response from most people would be to shelf my thoughts among the thousands of other hypotheses mankind has come up with. Whether created by God or created by evolution we are a part of this planet.
In the course of this writing I will be tracing essentials logistically "backwards" in order to try to present the foundation we are built on. You will receive instruction to a physical affect and then the means by which it works.
Years ago when lost contact with my dad we were concentrating on a lot of things. What I remember the most is this,
1) "If you can imagine it, it is possible."
2) "Man only uses about 10% of his mental capacity."
3) "What he was thinking about when he wrote it wasn't necessarily what he was writing."
4) "Back when they translated that, that word meant something else."
5) "You don't have to do what I do; You can be whoever you want to be."
6) "What they all have in common must be close to the truth."
What they all have in common... I have used that nearly everywhere most of my life. Everywhere from school books to who's responsible to what happened? ... There is absolutely nothing social that is one sided. Now we suppose two people are talking about the same thing.
